Since 1995 we have offered Greek language courses in Greece, on the Greek island of Ikaria, for students of all language levels. Many interpreters and translators, diplomats, classicists, university students and teachers have participated in our Greek language courses during all these years. Greek language courses and hiking holidays in Ikaria

Greek language courses for absolute beginners last a week and are combined with hikes on the trails of the area. The Greek language classes are optional, meaning that one can book to participate in the hikes and other activities without attending the classes. Bookings for hikes include accommodation at the Centre’s guesthouse. In certain periods where we organize more advanced Greek language courses we also organize hikes for the students of these courses and any friends traveling with them. In October – November the hikes and lessons are combined with olive picking (if there are olives on the trees!
